Terms and Conditions
1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing products from the online store.
Prices of products sold in the online store are listed next to the products. The final delivery cost will be calculated individually and confirmed with the customer before dispatch. Product prices in the online store may differ from those in physical retail stores. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Placing an Order To place an order, add the desired products to your cart, fill in the required data fields, and choose the delivery method. The total amount to be paid will be shown before completing the order. Payment can be made via bank link or other available payment methods.
Orders are placed without the need to create an account.
The sales agreement becomes effective once the full payment is received on Turbo Tehing OÜ’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods (e.g., due to them being out of stock), the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the full payment (including delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days.
3. Delivery We deliver to all European Union countries and, by agreement, to other countries worldwide.
Delivery costs are calculated individually based on order size, location, and chosen delivery method. These details will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
4. Right of Withdrawal After receiving the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the goods may only be used in a way necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods – similarly to how it would be allowed in a physical store.
If the returned goods have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or show signs of wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refund in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal notice must be sent to the e-mail address
turbotehing@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is due to the product not matching the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The goods must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or proof must be provided that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return all fees received under the agreement to the customer without delay but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
The online store may withhold the refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the customer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever is earlier.
If the customer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the product in the online store was mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.
5. Submitting Complaints The online store is responsible for non-conformities or defects of the goods sold that already existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years of delivery. Within the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Refuting this presumption is the responsibility of the online store.
The customer must notify the online store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing

If a product purchased from the online store has defects for which the online store is responsible, the product will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund all associated fees.
The online store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
6. Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data The online store uses personal data (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) provided by the customer only to process the order and deliver the goods.
The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
Newsletters and offers are sent to the customer's email address only if the customer has explicitly agreed by entering their email on the website and confirming their wish to receive direct marketing messages.
Customers can opt out of marketing emails at any time by notifying us via email or following the unsubscribe link in any promotional message.
7. Dispute Resolution If the customer has complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent to

If the customer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The committee has the competence to resolve disputes arising from the agreement between the customer and the online store. Reviewing a complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The customer may also turn to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
